Kerstin Born je výkonnou riaditeľkou CSR Europe. Má viac než 15 ročné skúsenosti s prácou v biznise, mimovládnom sektore a európskej politike. Pred prácou v CSR Europe pracovala v spoločnosti DailerChrysler Financial Services ako vedúca medzinárodného projektu riadenia talentov a zručností v spoločnosti. Dva roky strávila na rozvojovom projekte v Juhoafrickej republike pre Nadáciu Konráda Adenauera. Pracovala aj pre spolkové štáty Berlín a Brémy ako aj pre Spolkový snem. Vyštudovala univerzitu v Göttingene, Caene (Francúzsko) a Bonne. Má tituly MA a MBA z Open University Business School, Milton Keynes.

Kerstin Born has more than 15 years of international business, NGO, and European political experience including as an accomplished communications professional and project leader. Her last assignment was with DaimlerChrysler Financial Services as a leader of an international project on talent and skills management; her professional experience includes two years of development work in South Africa for the Konrad Adenauer Foundation as well as working in European Politics for two German States (Berlin and Bremen) and the Bundesrat. She studied at the Universities of Göttingen, Caen (France) and Bonn, and has a Master of Arts as well as an MBA degree which she completed at the Open University Business School, Milton Keynes.
